Projects We have numerous small jobs on the go, however we have recently taken on a large long term project which involves the renovation of a 9 bedroom Grade II listed property that burnt down in Llawhaden in 2000. In addition there are two barns, also grade listed that will be converted to dwellings. This is an enormous challenge that will take a while to complete as the property is in a very poor state. Currently this project is at the consultation stage with surveyors and architects, therefore the actual work knocking down and rebuilding is some time off. However there are a few pictures below of the property as it was a little while ago, before clearance work began and since. |
